Is it safe and reliable to rent a car from amigoautos?

I have rented a few times this year.

Yes the are reliable and cheap and their cars are all new and good quality & you get 2 free additional driver + free baby seat BUT they take ages to process you which means you stand around for ages waiting for your car. When you sit down in front of them the computerised form filling takes 10-20mins each even if you've rented previously this year.

There office is about 300m outside the airport so they ferry you over in a minibus although it's near enough to walk.

i always rent for 4-6 weeks and usually save a few hundred euros so it's worth the hassle to me. if it only saves you 10-30 euros i'd go with a centauro who are in the departure halls and have always served me well in the past.

renting from amigoautos actually saves me about 100 euros, so i guess it worth the hassle.

and about centauro - i rented a car from them a week ago when i was in Ibiza and they r mad slow as well. there's only 1 desk clerck and it takes her 10-15 mins to handle each order and she also speaks on the phone taking other order in the meanwhile.
if u ask me i wouldn't recommend centauro either.
 
I heard amigo autos can deliver the car to your hotel for you if you only want it for a few days.... anyone know if thats true??

I guess almost any car rental agency would do that for a small/large extra fee.
I on the other hand prefer to have the car picked up at the airport.
