Is it only me that hates the Sales ?

Mike and the girls have gone up to Meadowhall today ..... just the thought of it makes me :evil: :evil: :evil: !

Clothes wise, if I see something I like, I buy it, so there's nothing really for me to look at in the sales as if I haven't already got it, what's the point of getting it just because it's cheap? I've passed it over the first time I've looked so why get something second best?

Looking forward to seeing what my lot bring back with them though ... they look nosing through the sales and picking up what they consider "bargains" ... :D
 
Aye Saffy I agree.
The idea is nice, but to much aggro getting squashed & heated in the crowds milling thru the jumble sales :evil:
 
we went up quite early yesterday so we were done by about 1ish so we went and had a nice meal but i really had enoughand wouldnt go in shops because it just looked too daunting.

I bought a lovely winter work coat for 50
Pair of mid hig boots that wasnt in the sale for 65 from faith
Top from french connections 10
Skirt and top from Oasis 25
Pair of girly shoes for new years eve for 18
spent 17 in boots on nothing :roll:

Were going into sutton today, my last days holiday today, im back in work tomorrow :x
 
Well .. the girls came back with some DVD's .. and Hollie brought herself a duplicate jumper that Santa had delivered .. only the one she bought for herself was £5 ! (Needless to say, the other wasn't!)

THAT'S what really really annoys me ... you spend all this money on presents, and come Boxing Day they are all half price .... :twisted:
 
Boxing night @ .zero was such a big night, i definately won't be leaving home until at least tomorrow let alone do any shopping.

:lol:
 
Ahh .. Hustle went well then Andy ? Am so so pleased for em ! Those guys have worked bloody hard to keep that night going and they deserve the success !!!

It was SUPERB Saffy!

Not enjoyed myself so much in a long time.

Wicked crowd too, very much the Bed crowd without any kids.

Had some friends back home after but was spoilt by a neighbour hammering on the door at 5:30am :oops: which meant switching over to some chillout music.

just got some bargains in the sales,never seen london so rammed it was carnage,spent 5 hours hunting around up oxford street and was too tired to go anywhere else,its all good :P
 
Got x2 new trakkie bottoms for gym from TKMAXX.
When I got home I realised I had forgotten to use my xmas tkmaxx gift vouchers to pay for them :roll: :roll: :oops: :lol:

Got some luverly matching underwear by Panache @ Beatties ;)
 
sales are crap this yr...

taking a fiver off something thats £100 aint a bargain...

anyways, always fun to watch what other people buy tho...
