8) Hi Guys.......We're Rob and Jo ....a.k.a. Castaway. An excellent M/F vocal harmony duo currently residing in sunny Rochdale(near Manchester).
We are looking for work on Ibiza for 2004 and was wondering if anyone who might be reading this could give us some advice etc., on the best way to approach this matter.
We cater for ALL ages literally doing stuff from Frank Sinatra etc right up to present day charts hits(Shaggy, Robbie, LL Cool J, JLo) etc., etc.
We are currently working on a cabaret show tributing soul, motown, RnB, Reggae etc etc and we think that we are as good (if not, BETTER)as any we have seen in our research of this subject.
Basically IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE?????who can let us know........
a)Is there a call for Cabaret acts out there(we also do Disco/Karaoke).
b)We are visiting Ibiza for 2 weeks at the end of the season(13/10-27/10)
so if anybody reading this has any ideas regarding our act please please please help us get of this island that we're stuck on at the moment!!!!!!
c)And lastly, whats the score(regarding education) with bringing our 6 year old daughter with us if we are invited to stay?
P.S. WE ARE NOT POSTING THESE QUESTIONS FOR A FREE RIDE........ WE ARE REALLY SERIOUS and we know that we HAVE got what holidaymakers (and locals alike)especially families would expect and enjoy on their night out.
So, if there are any people out there who prefer not to go to clubs EVERY night, and get just as enjoyable an evening in a bar or hotel type thing, then please help to bring CASTAWAY to your island.
We are staying at Mira Mola Apts. in Figueretas when we come.
