is funky house dead?

i've been djing it for years (along with other types of house) but over the last year or so i've really noticed its decline.

i still love it but no one seems to produce it anymore.

i thought electro was just a phase and funky house would always stay but it seems to bechanging with all funky house producers producing more of an electro sound.

i'm struggling to think of any decent funky house tunes this year

I think it's all just naturally became more electro and dirty... Which in my eyes is a good thing.
