One question..is there any way to break the tracklisting down into separate tracks and import tracklistings. Or is that wishful thinking? Sorry if it's a dumb question!!

Its really the main problem i have with putting mixes on the iPod

that gap in between songs is really a pain. The only thing I can do at the moment is tamper with the 'crossfade' playback' but it doesnt quite eliminate the problem.
If I could find how to make a continuous mix (I've purchased a few of 'em already) I 'd be well chuffed.

Put the disc in and when the tracks come up - select all
with all selected, go to the Advanced menu
you should have the option - Join CD tracks
there should now be a small green tick to the left of the first track with a line connecting all the others
now click on Import CD at the top right as normal when putting a CD into the library
go to the library - it may be that the name of the track is the first on the CD - i usually change this - i.e. to VIVA - Disc One
