Eh?
No I wont. This is new style of House music.

Whats wrong with you?

The statement wasn't to do with how upfront the tracks were. There are some goodies there. Still not to sure about the choice of fade though...

The statement was in actual fact to do with the style of music...

I'm fed up with all the kids running around saying that this is somehow new, when I was dancing to tunes like this before I'd hit my teens... (which is before some of them were born - literally)

So case in point, I think you'll find that my statement was correct, Nuhhhh!!!!

its going to be the new buzzword though. expect a million "jackin" nights soon enough.

wow, you need to register there first now! grrr...

Erm, yeah.

You mightve noticed, but a few of us here have been listening to house for donkeys years mate, and as Mr Collins said, just cos you have the latest tracks doesnt mean you are pushing the boundaries for a 'New' style of house music.

Just cos you use words like 'Jackin' as a precursor means precisely **** all.

In fact, it makes you look like a dome. One of the mulleted, boy racer driving hed kandi 'funky' house domes at that.

If you want us to listen to your mix, you might wanna try a different approach to the arrogant, and frankly, sad way you go about it at the moment.

bit harsh surely

Jackin' or no jackin', it's a fine mix and the soundquality is perfect.
Hope that other dj's that post mixes on this forum can achieve the same regarding the quality of the sound cos some are pretty ****ed up in that way (not talking about the actual music...)

They is no other way of descriping this style.
Its fresh, jagged, jumpy, jazzy.
There is already a 2006 label called jackin trax.
Yes there was probably a genre called jackin way back when I wasnt interested.

Trying going to MySpace son, and have a look around. I know all about House & Garage music, as well as some new "Jackin" House material.

I dont know what your saying. I mixed it in Traktor DJ Studio 2, then compressed it to 96kbps which is what the station I play on streams at.

Mental Rhythm Radio X : http://76.19.24.193:8000/listen.pls

But cheers. Iv liked House and Garage, nothing else, since listening to Pete Tongs Essential Selection showa and Essential Mixes all those years ago in 93/94 onwards.
Then in 2004 got into some Jason Hodges and progressed from there really.

I was born in 1974. So you want me to listen to every record ever made so I dont become an ignorant person?
You dont want me to have my individual tastes and interests?
