Haha, quality, some mates and i are buying some investment/letting properties in a certain northern town with a very big uni and how many times have we heard "up and coming" or "Vibrant" from agents lately

"Yeah, it's got that industrial feel that's so now...." - IT'S A F**CKING SH1TPIT THAT THEY CAN'T EVEN GET NIGHTSHIFT WORKERS AT THE LOCAL MEAT FACTORY TO TAKE.
