you will probably find that if "ambulance chasing" dodgy claims company "The Accident Group" hadnt been rightfully wound up then they may have represented you, on the grounds that "the chair was unfit for dancing on", however a good lawyer would argue that you shopuldnt have been dancing to that cd in the first place
