Funny. MadWhiteGiant just had a similar comment on FB.
I managed to doze off on the sofa after dinner (was up very early Friday morning, also insomnia), around 11ish I guess. Woke up at 3:30-4 and haven't gotten back to sleep yet. Now 9:30am!
Worst part is I was supposed to meet some friends to go see Sander Kleinenberg around 1ish.
I'm guessing part of my problem is excitement/anxiety about the trip this coming week. I've not been sleeping right all this past week, really. 5 days left now!
Won't make it very far if I don't sleep
As for today, now there's that dilemma. It's 10:15 and I've been up half the night. If I go back to sleep now, I'll sleep into the afternoon and won't get things done today. If I stay up, I'll doze off later and miss another evening out (and probably wake up too early again!)
What's your plan?
The best cure for insomnia is to get a lot of sleep.
