Inserting "tracks" on Burnt CDs

If I download an entire album as one file/track, is there a way whilst burning it onto CD that you can insert track markers so as to skip songs when the burnt CD is played on a normal CD player?

is a specailist program required?
Is there any facility on Nero burn?

In nero right click on the track after you have placed it onto the file list, then go to properties, then go to limits splits and indexes, you can split it from here!! then it will turn it into more tracks! If you dont want gaps inbetween the tracks you have to highlight them all then go to properties and make the pause 0 seconds, but there has to be a 2 second gap on the first track
