This drug smuggler was fit to burst – literally – with 72 bags of cocaine lodged in his stomach and intestines.
Graphic 3D images were taken of his insides after he was arrested trying to board a flight from Sao Paulo in Brazil to Brussels.
The 20-year-old Irishman, identified only as PBB, had swallowed almost a kilo of the class A drug, with a street value of £150,000.

He was taken to hospital where the bags were removed and now faces up to 15 years in jail for drug trafficking. Sao Paulo airport is the main South American hub for drug mules with five arrested each day
