Inland Ibiza

we are bringing our car over and staying 9 nights on the island. We know the calas well but wonder if anyone has any hidden spots in the mountains or inland that are worth a visit, any typical local restaurants worth spending a lazy few hours!

can't wait to get over only 12 more sleeps!!
