Ink in Ibiza

I am planning to go and work in Ibiza this summer. will my 3/4 sleeve of ink effect me getting a job in hospitality ? (bar tending, dancing, waiting tables????)
 
anything that makes u stand out from the crowd is probs to your advantage apart from maybe hospitality jobs at the Golf Clubs etc :)
