hello everyboby!
i took a short look at the reviews of the hotel posted on this web-site

i am undecided between these two hotels:GARBI and TORRE DEL MAR (the latter being much more expensive)

I must say that I am not interested too much in sleeping (for I will be in Ibiza only for 3 nights (3-6 June, maybe 7 june) but i want to stay close to space and dc10 (even though i will need to take a taxi to reach dc10...i'm looking forward to a SHORT ride though)

What i am concerned of is the stealing in the hotels..is the garbi "dangerous"? I read both positive and negative reviews about it

Regarding the torre del mar i am concerned about spending that amount of money for only a 4 hour sleep per day..it would upset me a little bit

is the garbi ok? is there a small kitchen (i would really miss italian coffee first thing when I wake up)...IS IT VERY NOISY?????

how about the fiesta beach hotel? where is it?

grazie!!! ciao!

I don't know the Torre Del Mar, so I can't give you a comparison, but I stayed at the Garbi a few years ago in mid September and I liked it. It was nice and quiet and in a good spot right on the beach. The rooms are quite small, but it's fine if you don't intend to spend a lot of time there. I didn't have any security concerns and there is a little kitchenette with a fridge.

thank youuuuu

how about the fiesta hotel ?

it seem ok but I would not like it if it is too noise (i wll be desperate for sleep)...anyone knows it?

grazieeeee!!!

I stayed in Garbi last year and will again this year too.

As HollyG said, it has studio apartments so the rooms aren't huge, but I found them more than liveable for 2 people (I was usually either sleeping or perched on the balcony staring at the sea).

I'm not sure about this "dangerous" issue. I had my notebook computer sat on the table the whole trip.

We didn't find it noisy except for the last couple of days we had to close the balcony door at night (or more accurately, in the morning ) because of one group of neighbors. They do try to host some events in the bar area and sometimes that's a bit loud but it's early evening.

The kitchenette is functional. You'll be able to make your coffee just fine ;)
