As a big curry fan I have to say that I have never had a decent Indian in Ibiza. I know of one okay one on the mainland, but all the really good ones are in the UK. Just go without for your holiday and it'll taste all that much better when you get home. :)

Ancient people in Ibiza town ( avenue de espania ) is the only one I have used that is as good or better than UK, very reasonable on price also,

Have a good one
Tim

What? You don't like Cardomom Club? I've had some pretty good food there.

That's my recommendation. It's in Santa Eulalia.

There was one place in Playa d'en Bossa, a block up from the main road on the parallel street (Calle de Manuel de Falla) but we never tried it.

I can't remember the name of it but there is a nice one in Santa Eulalia, it's on the front and you can sit outside and watch the people walk by. Very Relaxing:)

Peter

youve got 3 - ancient people in ibiza town - tell rob ade says hello or youve got cardamom club in santa eulalia - tell navine or craig ade says hi or there's the curry club down in port des torrent if you're down that way

that was probably the bali beach which was run by steve and rob - steve is now at es vive and rob runs ancient people

rob pulled out of ancient people under jet aptts a few years ago
yes but he moved it to avenida d'espana changed it back into a curry/indian place which was the original thing he and steve ran on bossa beach

when rob went to india at the beginning of the year half of ibiza town went into mourning...

i'm not a big fan of curries or indian food (sorry but i'm more of a cas pages style) but i know where my friends who do like them, like to eat ;)

when we finally arrive at the curry club in san antonio should we mention that ade sent us to port des torrent first?

how about da sidhu on bisbe carrasco in ibiza town - possibly the only italian/indian restaurant in ibiza town's bisbe carrasco??? (i've never been)

No, I visited Bali Beach back when it was Indian. Not bad although I thought Cardomom was better.

This is another place. As described above, it's a block off the main street on a parallel street (thus, heading away from the beach, not towards it). Not far from the club formerly known as Diva. Again, I never tried it, but I noticed it last year.

On the subject of curry's - I was in Curry Club last year and that seems to have gone down hill - food wise (still a gorgeous venue tho) I seem to remember a thread or post on here that the chef had moved on and gone somewhere else - anyone know to where?

steve and rob had an indian which i'm sure was called bali beach (it was at the end of the last road off the main drag before you turn left to go to space) - they then set up ancient people right on the beach strip - rob then opened ancient people as an indian in ibiza town, steve then ran the bar at es vive but as mcrackin said i dont know where steve is this year

All of which is completely unrelated to what I was talking about!

Bali Beach stopped being Indian 2 or 3 years ago. According to McRackin at the time, some people from Sa Caleta came and took it over.

I was describing a different place... which nobody seems to know about  But it was Indian, and in PdB, thus responding to Chest's lament that there was no curry left in PdB.
