Hi

im bringing the wife over for a 2 week suprise holiday for our second wedding anniversary. Im looking to take her for an anniversary meal to either a very nice italian or very nice indian restaurant can anyone suggest a good place in SAN AN

cheers in advance if you can help :)

One of the best Indians is in Santa Eularia called Katmandu. The Curry Club is the only one I know in San An but have not eaten there.

Not sure if Il Vaticano (not far from Cafe Mambo) is open this season but its a good Italian in San Antonio.

a few places in palya den bossa.Italians took over ibiza about 5 years ago. When the tourist board offered them very cheap holidays as the brits and german numbers were down. Now they are everywhere.Mine you since Russia opened its doors there are loads of eastern europeans now as well.

The curry club in san an has been lovely both times I have been, although better the first time in 2008 we had to wait an hour and a half for a table it was so packed and that was in June. The curry club is sign posted from the sunset strip.

I agree with the others on Il Vaticano or the Curry Club. Been to both but the Curry club is open air restaurant and has nice surroundings. Best to make a reservation in advance tho as it does get busy.

Personally, was unimpressed with the Curry club when I went, everything was very bland.

David's is a great Italian and I'd recommend it. Will be eating there in two weeks. :D

Yes, Davids - €12,50 for starter, main & desert off set-menu - favourite among the workers.

I had 4 cheese pizza and it was amazing!

Good service, and always busy.

thansk all for your replys i heard of david's from someone else, at least now i have a few choices :D
Davids is good food, at reasonable prices. But if I was choosing for a special occasion i'd book Il Vaticano. It opened two week ago, but we didn't visit this year, so not sure on the chefs etc because it was mentioned on here a few seasons ago that one had moved on.
