...and you are really loaded (or like to dream), this might be something for you.

I just read about Islands for sale in Forbes magazine, and the second most expensive is Isla de Ferradura just outside Ibiza. For the price of $43.5 mill you get a main house and seven subsidiaries (no more crappy hotels for friends), turkish bath, sauna swimmingpool, a small waterfall etc.

Well, Puppylover, I entered it as a fairly typical (for the States) 30 year mortgage at the current average 30 yr interest rate of 5.52%.

Remember we'd only use it during the season..

Could rent it out as an old folks island during winter..!

Or only $3,000 a month for the four month season, minus the income we get from the old people during the winter. Now that is almost a give away price :P
