Ibiza with a baby

Taking my son (1 year old in May) to Ibiza next year (early May) for his first trip ever! ;) Could you guys please help me out with hotels... Really have no idea. Hard Rock looks good, but i'm not a fan of Bossa... Early May seems ok with no mass clubbing in the area?

We stayed with our young daughters in Talamanca/Marina Botafoch (El Corso – some years ago (they had offered a bed for a Baby) - and private apartments). It is near to the Talamanca beach which is basically family friendly and it is near to Ibiza town (easy to reach with a baby carriage).
 
I'd recommend San Antonio Bay as an option too. Plenty of nice areas to walk, decent restaurants/bars/shops within easy walking distance. Very family friendly.

We stayed in the Arenal last year. Great location/sea views, good food, pool wasn't rowdy, bars etc. nearby if out for a wander.

Loads of nice places up in the north of the Island as well.
 
We are also travelling in May for my 40th and sons 1st birthday (oddly the same day, it cost me dear as my wife calls it the best present she could give).. after a little debate we settled on st eulalia as its a little more locals and family friendly, Plenty to see do, eat etc.. really looking forward to visiting with the family and doing things that wouldn't normally get a look in on our other ibiza adventures. have a great trip and if you there 10-17th pop me a pm.
 
I agree with @Nono Talamanca is a great spot for familys. Plenty of hotel options, close to Ibiza Town, regular water taxi service, La Bodega, Fish Shack, Flotante etc are all handy for food plus many others along the wooden pathway as well as easy parking at El Corso.
 
Cala Llonga too. Very quiet, lovely beach and bay, family friendly and just a few miles up the road from Ibiza Town. A great location to explore the South, East and North coasts.
 
Yes thats one. If you're hiring a car there's a free car park in front of the hotel. Good place to park then hop on to the water taxi.
