I'm going to San Antonio, staying in the Club Paraiso Hotel. I'm 17 and going with my 3 friends (two 18, one 17) and none of us have ever been to Ibiza before.

We are staying from the 16th of June to the 27th. I was hoping some of you have advice on what's going on then, which clubs/bars/restaurants etc to go to, which one's are nearest and the overall Ibiza lifestyle.

I really want to make the most of our stay :) thanks!
 
bars - cafe mambo, cafe del mar, kanya beach (all within a minute of eachother thanks to the new promenade)

clubs - amnesia, space, pacha, dc10, privilege for the best parties

other than that def. go to the beach during the day, especially salinas which is on the south east of the island past the airport....
go to preparties at cafe mambo, cafe del mar, kanya beach, bar m (all in san antonio) and bora bora in playa den bossa (other side of the island)

good parties to attend:

Sunday - We Love @ Space 22 hour party 8am -6am

Monday - Circoloco @ DC10 during the day til midnight, then Cocoon @ amnesia (if you like techno)
or Release Yourself with Roger Sanchez @ Pacha

Tuesday - Defected in the House @ Pacha

Wednesday - Subliminal Sessions @ Pacha with Erick Morillo & Guests or Meganite @ Privilege with Mauro Picotto

Thursday - Cream @ Amnesia with PvD, Ferry.... or Renaissance / F*** Me Im Famous @ Pacha

Friday - Pure Pacha with Pete Tong & Guests @ Pacha or Manumission @ Privilege

Saturday - Hed Kandi @ El Divino or Def Mix @ Pacha


one more thing, try to rent a car, it will be cheaper... and DO NOT take illegal taxis to/from clubs!!! very unsafe and ILLEGAL!

Hi Lucy - one major piece of advice - TAKE ENOUGH CASH - if you want to make the most of it take loads of it, as you don't want to end up having to only go to two or three clubs cos you've already spent all your dosh. You will have a complete ball!!! :lol: If you can't afford/can't go to a club every night of your stay I would definately recommend:
SPACE - in the daytime - a completely different experience!
PACHA - any night - just go to the club
CREAM AT AMNESIA - absolutely blinding!!!

All the clubs have different vibes so its worth checking different ones out! And yes if you do fancy something completely off the wall go DC10 on Monday mornings onwards - FANTASTIC

Another one worth mentioning for a great party is Dusted at Eden which is in San An - so no taxis/disco buses to deal with

HAVE FUN!!
 
Definatley head to We Love Sundays At Space opening party. its on the 17th June.

Should be messy!!! Think its about £30, like most of the big club nights.

Take as much money as you can afford. The more money the better but even without there are plenty of free bars etc. so you'll still have an 'experience'. Don't be too put off by money, the holiday is what you make it and if your in good company it won't matter.

I would also point out Matinee on saturday morning at Space as a must do if youre looking for a more flamboyant and european atmosphere 8)

I've never been either. I'm 23, me and my two brothers age 25 and 21 are going in July. From what I can tell from it's just a case of taking shedloads of moolah and keeping an open mind. Not long til you go now is it? Have a good one hon.

I'm also 17, going to San Antonio with my friend (who's 17 too) in August.

We're staying with my aunt, but we're going to be pretty independent, so I was wondering if anyone knows what the public transport there is like? Is it fairly easy to get to shops/beaches/bars/clubs by bus, or will we have to rely on taxis mostly?

Also, does anybody know the drinking age over there? ;)
