Ibiza virgin... WHICH Clubs??!!

Hello all. I am going to Ibiza on 16th August for 2 weeks, just me and my partner. I am 29 he is 32. We are going to San Antonio and do enjoy bars and clubs, HOWEVER!! Although we are both well aquainted with the Benidorm, Magaluf, Falaraki, Ayia Napa club scene, I am afraid to say that we may not be suited to the Ibiza club scene!! Why go then you my ask!!?? My question is this:
Please dont laugh or assume we are boring old farts, but are there any bars, clubs in San Antonio that we can go to which arent so heavy!? Im very much into commercial dance, chart dance mixes etc, oh and 70s and 80s music! You get the general idea? We will be paying a visit to the big clubs on occasions just to see, in light of my above questins, which clubs or bars would you think best suit? Oh and please dont suggest I book a SAGA holiday next time!!

Hi Virgin, I think you'll find lots of bars playing commercial dance music in San An - there are others on here who will be able to tell you more.

I think you'd enjoy a trip to Ibiza Town - have a wander round and you'll find some lovely restaurants and bars. Bora Bora is a beach bar in the resort of Playa D'en Bossa with a great atmosphere and definitely not too heavy music-wise.

You should also give Space a go in the day-time and most nights at Pacha aren't too scary. Have fun!

You'd probably enjoy nights like Azuli or Milk & 2 Sugars, both at El Divino. Release Yourself, Defected, Subliminal, Pure Pacha or Def Mix at Pacha would probably be right up your ally as well. To spread it out a bit, you could check out Made in Italy or People from Ibiza at Amnesia. Those are just some random ideas. Excellent. Have been looking at the calender and seeing whats on. Am really looking forward to something different. Im not on a budget, however I dont want to pay silly money into a club and find out that I hate the music and have to leave!! Any more tips or suggestions would be great.
