Hi

I have tried for many years to get to Ibiza, but something always gets in the way, so after a long long wait I a m about 48 hrs from booking flights and hotels for Ibiza...What I want/need some help on is the closing parties, since I will be travelling in september.

Hopefully I will got between 13 sept to 24th ish, so...what would be worth seeing, I am a oakenfold/morrillo/picatto/tiesto fan, and on a rough nite Judge jules also.

Have looked through the calendar, but any other pointers on the closing night would be great.

A few more questions

1. I presume you can get tickets when you are there, no point in buying online....or is there

2. where to stay, hotel/villa (there are only 2 of us going) but something nice to chill out in after would be great

3. Have worked out the local bus/taxi plans, and bus seems to be okay, is that true

4. what else to see/not to miss

Oh I attend global gathering every year, how would you compare Ibiza, I know it in a diff league, but for me it would be a good comparision

tks

1. You are right. It's generally best to just pick up your club tickets at the bars around town... leaves you flexible. You cold make exceptions for the tickets sold here on Spotlight because they do get you entry through the guestlist line which might be shorter for certain large events.

2. I'd chose apartment-style hotels. Usually you'll have a balcony which is my favorite place to chill, plus the kitchenette is useful. A villa is great if you can afford it for two people, but transport will probably be more difficult if you're not renting a car.

3. Taxis are not too expensive and usually easy to find. I've not used the bus service but there are routes between most of the major centers of action.

4. Don't miss sunsets, out-of-the-way beaches, quaint villages, some shots of hierbas, Dalt Vila, and all the things that make Ibiza great aside from the parties ;)
