So senor Roger Sanchez just hit town, and im proud to say etown is left in a pile of rubbles after the MASSIVE choon bombing he laid on us. Missing Ibiza...longing for ibiza. Reading some reviews, and somethin inside me felt like i HAD to post a review up from my trip this yr. I spent 4 months in Europe and the week in ibiza i will NEVER forget. Heres a copy/paste from an email i sent home to the masses about ibiza:
IBIZA IS PARADISE
yes, thats right, ibiza made backpacking seem like work...the instant
u touch down on the island, u get this adrenaline rush that just lifts
u sky high. The ppl r beautiful, the clubs r beautiful, the island is
beautiful...*sigh*...i luv that place
+was supposed to arrive in ibiza on the 14th, but got convinced by
koko to see france/croatia play in leira, so instead got to ibiza on
the 20th
+was supposed to arrive in madrid at 7:35 from lisboa, flight to ibiza
left at 8:45, talgo train comes 30 mins late...got to the airport by
8:30...spanair is stupid and stopped boarding...missed my flight &
stranded in madrid for a day...FUGCK!!!
+SUNDAY: finally touched down on the white isle...paid 25 euro to get
from the airport to hostal florencio...NEARLY HALF THE PRICE OF MY
FRICKIN FLIGHT!!!
+met up wif danny chmielewski and co...found out that dans bro arthur
got arrested the night before...hahahahhaha...well, not arrested, but
just reprimanded for trying to score some pillz...heh...busted on the
white isle arthur...dude...THATS A FRICKIN STORY!!!
+me and dan head to sundays @space opening party...steve lawler and
danny howells set to bust up the dancefloor...arthur pussies out cuz
he has to go to court the next day at 9am...hahahahhahaha
+hit the westend to do some predrinking...do 10 shots for
10euros...danny is fugcked up...talk to some french ppl on the bus to
space...teenage spanish girls laugh and giggle at us (THEY R SOO
HOT!!! Yes, im not afraid to say it...spanish chix r beautiful...we
reckon they get hot by the age of 15).
+space is KICKIN!! Lawler and howells lay down some mad beatz...see
some trannies...see some dudes hit on the trannies NOT knowing that
theyre trannies...heh...talk to some german dancers that dance at
amnesia...i heard rumours that all amnesia dancers were
prostitutes...i want to ask them...for once i do the smart thing and
just leave the subject alone...head home at 8am...locals r going to
work...they give us dirty looks cuz we're dead from clubbin and r
wreaking up the bus...grab some pizza and eat it on the side of the
road...sleep.
+MONDAY: beach it the next day...hit cafe mambo up for roger
sanchez's release urself preparty...meet this KRAZY american dude from
chicago...he asks these brit chix next to us if they have clit
piercings...hahahahha...THE FIRST THING HE SAYS TO
THEM!!!!!...hahahahahhaha...they end up joining us for drinks...he
buys us round after round...i ask him what he does...he tells me he
works for fugcked up ppl...hahahhahahha.
+head to release urself opening party @pacha...my fav club...sanchez
lays it down...senoritas EVERYWHERE...run into cate and mike who were
in lagos...head home at 8am...locals give dirty looks...grab pizza and
eat in on the side of the road...sleep.
+TUESDAY: me and aussie sam hit bora bora (this krazy beach/bar/club
wif a mad dj spinning) the next day...yeah, prob THE BEST BEACH IN THE
WORLD!!!! Beach it for a cpl hrs...dj gee is playin some extreme funk
choons...dance on the beach for a cpl hrs...watch italy get eliminated
from euro2004...sam is dejected...hes a hardcore italia, but the
fugcker CANT even SPEAK italian.
+hit the westend later in the evening...clubs in the westend play hip
hop...nice to hear some good hip hop...its packed...guy:girl ratio is
HORRIBLE!!! Theres like 8 dudes to every girl...we club hop...get
crunked up...heh...no bus tonight...just sleep.
+WEDNESDAY: beach it at cala grossio the next day...nice view...dirty
beach...uber milf next to us...see a 6yr old english boy drinking a
pint of beer...NO JOKE...a 6yr old english boy drinking of PINT OF
BEER!!!!! The fugcker had it in his hand, it was like bigger than him.
+hit erick morillos subliminal pre party @cafe mambo...UNREAL!!!!
Subliminal girls in practically NOTHING dancing on the terraces...ay

shirts...must get one...meet this hottie from london, ontario...shes
the manager of cafe mambo...been in ibiza for 4 seasons.
+head to the subliminal party @pacha...me and sam sneak in a bunch of
drinks (cuz drinks r 10eur each inside), the fugcker wants to hide
them...he takes my energy drink and puts it underneath this bed on the
middle of the dancefloor...a bouncer sees...he thinks its drugs or
somefin...confiscates it...they watch me and sam like hawks for the
rest of the night...fugck sam...drinks r 10 FRICKIN EUR, and he loses
my drink just like that...hahahah...i was chapped to say the
least...dj heather kicks shiat off, shes amazing, some funky chicago
hauss...erick morillo comes on and tears the roof off the place...its
elektric...ppl going crazy...dancers with sparklers everywhere getting
freaky on the bed and stages...what a great night...head home at
8am...locals give dirty looks...eat pizza on side of road...sleep.
+THURSDAY: watch the england/portugal game w/the masses of english in
san an (city in ibiza where ALL the english flock/where im
staying)...hear the most biased commentating known to man...at one
point in the game when portugal was pouring it on in waves the
commentator ACTUALLY said: "STAND FIRM ENGLAND, UR COUNTRY IS BEHIND
U"...hhahahhahaha...england lose...we brace ourselves for riots...no
riots...whats going on???
+hit the cream opening party @amnesia...KILLER...seb fontaine, audio
bully's, armin van buuren, mync project & ian betts...instead of going
home to sleep we decide to go home grab our beach gear and pass out at
las salinas (another beautiful beach in ibiza...partly nude)...cant
sleep cuz its soo fugckin hot...sam passes out behind a
pole...hahahhaa...head home and sleep for 18 HOURS!!!!
+FRIDAY: written off becuz we slept thru it...the ENTIRE DAY
+SATURDAY: chilled at cafe mambo...tried to buy the promo subliminal
shirts off the entire cafe mambo staff...they werent havin it...EVEN THOUGH sarah the manager was into me
...heh (shows sarah pointing and laughing at me: 'what a loozer')...jack
sam for 13 eurs...hahahahha...look in ur backpack u crazy aussie,
theres a present waiting there for ya.
+hit up the privilege opening party...privilege is the biggest club in
the world...holds 10000 ppl, it was sooo nutz...ppl diving from the
ceilings...it was a cirque du soleil show in a club...i swear...3 guys
dropped from the ceiling lit these MASSIVE fire sparklers and started fire
spraying the entire club...it was sooo nutz...dj suspended over a
pool...tight rope walkers walking OVER the dj...what a crazy
club...headed home at 8am...slept 3 hrs checked out...caught a flight
to barcelona...then a 13hr train to nice...i miss ibiza!!!!!
in nice right now...its not what i expected. Made day trips to cannes
and monaco...saw a yacht explode in cannes...monaco is
beautiful...sooo rich...about to catch a 15hr train to interlakken,
switzerland.
