France's most wanted DJ Ivan Smagghe stands at the crossroad between glamorous Parisian hype and musical integrity. Resident DJ at the hippest night in Paris 'Kill the DJ', Ivan has gained a reputation as a genius behind the decks as well as in the studio as one half of the legendary production duo blackstrobe, (together with Arnaud Rebotni).
Over the past few years Ivans trademark electro/acid/bleep house sets have seen him propelled to superstardom. He has become hot property throughout the world, ripping up the coolest dancefloors varying from massive festivals in South America and Australia, to intimate sleazy venues across Europe. His undeniable skills behind the decks led to DJ magazine recently declaring him "The hottest DJ on the Planet", whilst he is also responsible for two of the best mix cds of the last five years in ‘suck my deck’ for Bugged Out, and the now legendary ‘Fabric 23’.
