Ibiza on my own

hi all, new to the forum.

I’m a 29yr old male I am coming to Ibiza on my own for maybe 2 weeks in the next week or 2.

What’s it like going in your own ? It’s my first time going over .

Two weeks for a solo first trip? My first thought is ... try a bit of everything while you have the chance. If you go back later with friends, you'll probably have to compromise a lot, and it's a lot harder with a group to try something new and then feel free to leave in an hour if you don't like it.

Most of my trips have been solo, and the things that have meant the most are the experiences and connections that seem unique to Ibiza. So ...

Give yourself an afternoon to wander up the streets, buildings and such of the old Dalt Vila in Ibiza town, with amazing views from the top.
Spend an evening partying under the landing planes and olive trees of DC10 for Circoloco
Check out at least one night of music that's outside what you'd usually go to see
Stay out late at one of the big clubs until closing at dawn, so you can watch the sun rise on the way back to your hotel
Be open to meeting and talking to people, and to joining them for a bit of adventure if asked (within reason)

... and that last one most of all. Those times can be life changing, for the better -- they sure have been for me

Yeah is that to much time ? I have a lot going on here so I’m escaping for a bit & I couldn’t decided between 7,10 or 14 days. Thanks for the advice I’ll be sure to check everything out & love life.

I made a solo trip over a few years back when I needed a major life reset, and 10 days was just about perfect. I felt like I came back a new person, but also still itching for my next chance to get back.

But how much time is right for you depends a bit on what of the island appeals to you. For me, it's the music scene. And since the parties run on a weekly schedule, being there for more than 7 days means I can check out all the nights at least once and still have some time for relaxing and exploring. There's plenty there to fill a whole 14 days -- a lot people here would spend their whole summer there if they could -- but you could find that's too much for a trip with just yourself and before you know your way around.
