Ibiza in may

I'd say almost everywhere will be open, but the places in the bay might still be quiet. san an itself (the centre) will be lively, but not heaving just yet
 
Think most club nights start mid-end of May and Mambos should be open. Not to say there isn't music. Believe Pacha is open year round!
 
Thanks. Told them the bay would probably be quiet. Just wasnt sure when bars and restaurants in san antonio opened
