Ibiza in May

Been looking on forum and already notice few people asking about Ibiza in may but as yet no replys.
Theres a group of us going on May 24th for a week and was wondering if anyone had been at this time. Is there much open in tems of clubs and bars and if so how busy is it. It would be great if anyone out there could give us there thoughts cos could still cancel if its gonna be dead

no, pacha will be open daily from beginning of may as usual!! :idea:

the 2005 summer opening, for example, was the last friday of april:

btw, dont be surprised if on monday 29th, the week before they start at dc10, circoloco celebrates a party at pacha like in the past..........

Cheers thats not as bad as first thought then. Do you know if the 3 clubs pacha, es-paradis and summum will be open most nights by the end of May. Will most of bars be open aswell.
 
dont worry, all bars will be open except two or three which will open during your stay. pacha and es paradis will be open every night. summum is a mystery but i doubt very much that it will be open any other night apart from mondays (slip back in time) and sundays (spank)........

have you been before? where are you staying?
 
Staying in san antonio. Theres a group of 8 of us going to celebrate finishing Uni so should be a good laugh. Ive never been before but cant wait to get across there, Counting down the days!!

Ooh what's that?? I'm going to be there until the 28th May so I'd love to know!! I've also heard good things about Cheers so I want to try there too!

Cheers doesn´t exist anymore!

The bar is being refurbished, rebranded and renamed for Summer 2006. Will be open from 1st May with the same fun attitude still in place.

may-hem is their reunion, where all crazy ground zero folk will be meeting up, so if ur up for a laff, enjoy a good drink and think anal is the answer get ur self over there lol

Of course san antonio bay is going strong in may..the pink panther will be rocking every night, cheap drinks and cheesy music,...and open afternoons for all end of season footy on cinema screen... see you there for a beer or cocktail xxxx:lol:

Now that sounds like my type of place, I love cheap drinks and cheesy music! :lol: . Sue if a girl with brown hair comes up to you and tells you she's Louise from the boards then that's me! :D. I'm going to Ibiza on May 14th with my best friend and we can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

This is some info ive been passed on from a fellow poster on another site you may find helpfull, :lol:




If you are out 3rd to 17th May, then you will miss the major clubs, but you will still be able to experience the best that San An can offer. If you intend going to Ibiza Town some of the bars in the port area will be open at the weekends, and Pacha will be open on Friday and Saturday, but don't expect any huge name DJ's, but you will hear the best that Ibiza can offer and it's a lot cheaper to get in, than in the height of summer.

Where you are staying is not far from the action, so you must seek out Hush, the best kept secret of San An, opposite Hogans, another great party nite to be had there, if R&B is your bag try Soul City, take something UV reflective if you visit Play2, and don't forget to request something by Oasis when you pop into Ground Zero. Over the two weeks you have plenty of time to enjoy a friendly drink in every bar in San An including Blackbeards, and don't forget San An bay, either a quick hop across the bay in one of the many little ferries, or catch the bus or a taxi, they ain't expensive and there are plenty about at that time of the year. Don't forget all the PR's are great at that time of year as they are all enthusiastic and haven't become cynical or completely spangled yet.
