Ibiza In May Please Help

Me and my friend are going to Ibiza for the first time in May 24th till 1st June i know the big clubs are not open and this doesnt bother us to much but is cafe mambo and cafe del mar open at this time? We would hate to miss out on seeing the light show and listening to cool tunes. Also has anyone stayed at Mar Amantis hotel in San Antonio Bay if so what was it like? Oh and whats the weather like?

Cafe del mar, mambo, savannah etc will be open by then, at least they where last May and the May before that.
Pacha will be open at weekends.
Have a nice hol, May is my fav time to visit the Island.

no, pacha will be open daily from beginning of may as usual!!

the 2005 summer opening, for example, was the last friday of april:

es paradis opened tonight, it was brill, they are open every night from now.. savanahh open for sunsets, mambo and coastline open end of the monthxxx all the bars around mar amantis open too, for cheap drinks before hitting the expensive ones xxx see you in pink panther for cocktails only 4 euros a pint
