Ibiza in MAY - Advice please

OK, i'm thinking of doing a little short trip during the middle of May. This will be my first year that i'm not coming on a 'wild' holiday as i now have a family so we are going away in the summer already.

But i want to still visit and have a little chilled out time in mid may. Can anyone tell me if boat trips are running then? I want to visit Es Vedra again. And also when do the sunset cafes usually open?

well i think they start in early may.or if not 2 week in may.i know i have been inall may days and seen boats running.so you should be ok.
