Ibiza Hotels with History: Ses Savines

We've stayed at this Hotel twice before, and will be back next May,love it.
The old boy is still about,he eats in the dining room with everyone else. He is also a good accurate source for weather prediction. The display of old photographs is superb.

Nice piece. According to Stephen Armstrongs White Isle book, it was also the first hotel in San Antonio to offer Package Holidays to British tourists when it appeared in the Thomas Cook brochure in 1953!
 
I've stayed in Ses Savines before & would definitely return there.... it's really interesting to read about the history of the hotel & see those old photos :)
 
We have stayed at both the hotel and the apartments. They are clean, well run with courteous and helpful staff. Many old photos can be seen on display in the hotel and the family home is still in the hotel grounds. Good that there are still places that have managed to stay independent of the chains.
