Ibiza - early May

We are planning to go to Ibiza for a stag do in early May, so:-

Is it worth going this early?
What clubs will be open?
Will any of the bars be open?
Will there be many people there?
Normally wed stay in Playa Den Bossa, will San An be better at this time??

I've been first week in May as my b'day's on the 4th, this was about 5 years back when I wasn't into clubbing . Most of the clubs aren't open except for Pacha. There were plenty of people about though and the sun was shining. :D

It is going to be quiet in early may, that's guaranteed!

As for clubs, most of the big clubs dont open till june, although you may be lucky and find pacha open... someone else will need to confirm this.

As for bars, there will be plenty open, but it probably won't be the crazy place you expect it to be... people typically go there off season for a reason, and that is the LACK of crowds!

If you want beer fuelled mayhem, ibiza may be the wrong place.
