Ibiza Early May - Whats Open in San An?

Hello!

Long time since I have been on here!

I usually head out to Ibiza for the end of the season, but the girlfriends holidays this year mean she has the first 2 weeks in May off.

Just wondering if all the usual bars and restaurants will be open around then in San An and the Bay area? I am talking Mambo/Ithica/Savannah etc. Also, might actually venture into the West End if places are open and the number of louts is limited!

I know the situation with the big clubs, but to be honest we are after a more relaxing holiday this time anyway!

we always go early in may with he kids.Most bars/restaurants are open.mambo opened this year 18th of may i think.i have some photos from sun set strip on the 13th and its not open then,i can just make out a poster sayin opening 18th.
 
mambos was definitely around 18th, I arrived 15th and remembered it opening shortly after. Majority of west end was open when I got there on 15th. I know the side street where subway is started opening around 5th May. The bay was also busy on 16th as I went for a drink there.

Any of the "locals" able to add to this please? Want to make sure at least a few places will be open from the 4th - 18th of May 2013!

was there 28th april to 1st may this year and Mint (next to mambo) was open. Other places open, Highlander, Tropicana, Pink Panther, Zebra restaurant, Tiffanys, Itaca, plenty going on
 
Cheers everyone for the shout out, I was on holiday but I´m back now, yes the PINK PANTHER( we had to change our sign to PANFFERS... lol) opens march 28th and every night until the end of october, also along the bay MARI PINS and BUCANEERO also open from early APRIL onwards.
