Ibiza Beach Bums

Good to read that. Just goes to show that even with financial tightening, people still want to enjoy their holiday. Of course, several factors can effect beach sales, such as the weather. Had torrential downpours last September in San An, beach was empty most of the day...

At 7 euro a lounger (PDB) it is the most expensive place I've ever experienced to do a bit of bathing!

"cough" blatant sales plug....... well save your money and buy some of my fantastic beach towel clips!!! www.thebeachtowelclip.com and with the money you save you could afford another night out (or at least a few bottles of cheap vino from spar!)...end of blatant sales plug!

....now it's funny that you should mention that!

branded t-shirts...check
transit van full of clips....check
sat nav address for Cala Vedella distribution agent (looky looky man)...working on that one!

6 euros is the maximum price which can be charged for a lounger though a premium can be paid if it has a (for example) towel, mattress, pillow, geisha girl, that kind of thing.

I think in PdB they get away with it by putting down a thin mat that barely counts as a "mattress"

It is interesting to follow the discrepancy. I started making note of it a couple of years ago and there's a good 5-6 euro range of what you can pay, more when umbrella is factored in.

7 is cheaper than 10 euro;s i heard at sands beach bar. and down that way.no signs to say so.look for them near beach wall barrier.on a post they give you prices.

These were bogo standard beds with the green mesh type stuff on them, no umbrella or table. Just along to the right when you walk out of the Jet apartments. 49 euro he made from us!
