Tomorrow will be the 13th anniversary of the first time I went to Ibiza! Wednesday July 15th 1998! Have been back every year and 20+ times since, but the highlights of that first trip are still amongst my best memories, like:
Clockwork Orange at Es Paradis on our first night, Wednesdays where Orange, amazing to say the least!
Cream was on twice a week, Thursday and Saturday, seen Sven Vath, Paul Van Dyk, John Digweed, Justin Robertson and more over the three times we went in the 2 weeks.
First time under the megatron PPPPPHHHHHHSSSSSSSSSSSSSS "what the hell was that?!"
Manumission on Monday followed by Space on Tuesday morning.
Space was just the main room and a terrace then, first time dancing under the sun and seeing all the crazy Manumussion freaks floating around the place.
First sunset at Cafe Del Mar.
Double Hearts over the bar from Kaos (where Eden is now).
