Cocoon have....i think one disc of the two is mixed by Adam Beyer...

Carl Cox - not sure, haven't seen anything

I read the review on cocoon and the second cd is meant to be quite weak but I'll still purchase for beyer now you've said it's good.
I got defected Ibiza 2011 and it's quite nice if you like house. Not dancy for me more chilling while I'm driving

Any other Ibiza 2011 albums/compliations worth purchasing?

Only ones I have purchased are the Circoloco one and Release Yourself Vol 11 - which is fab!
