they already have exactly the same in the plaza del parque floor, though with the names and handprints of the traders in the square.

The best thing about the project is that the council wouldn't spend a cent on it because Sr. Rodrigo reckons that the DJ's themselves would cough up for it!

as diario de ibiza says today, "what the council will do is turn the place into another advertising medium, in which it won't prevail the merits or fame but the willingness to go over to the cashier"

Could be cool if they dont add too many people too quickly, but if they keep it to people have truly left a mark on ibiza..i think its a fantastic idea

The only problem being that there are loads of influential djs who should probably get a place.

update: they have a pre-arrangement with the dj awards so everybody that won an award during the last 15 years would get a place.....
