This is my 3rd year in a row to the white isle and i was as excited as ever on the friday when we left. we flew with monarch (cheap and cheerful) this year. Are flights wernt until 12.15am on the 5th July so the day dragged as i waited impatiently to leave. We got to the airport bla bla...
The plane journey was mental, sat infront of some mental girls from the lake district(who jus so happened to be stayin in our hotel), we were all a bit drunk and got out the speakers and had a lil rave on the plane, im sure some passengers were hoping for a quieter journey but o well....apologies.

We arrived at the Central park apartments, cheap and a bit crap to be honest but i suppose you get what you pay for. Checked in and then went straight out on the lash, altho it was 6 in the mornin. After spending all day gettin hammered went bak to the room for a sleep (bad idea). Wen we went to go out agen at night was suffering, but we powered through, went bak to our home away from home, the boozer, for starters, as soon as john the owner recognised us he threw some free cocktails our way, always a good pik me up. Also met a lovely lasses called mel and fiona, who will be keeping in touch with.

Second day consisted of sunbathing with a hangover, the norm in ibiza i know, but never fun. After withstanding the sun for some time went bak to get ready for our first big night out, Judgement Sunday. Headed out to coastline for a meal then to the westend, met up with the gals who we had previously convinced to come with us to judgement sundays, and began what was to be a heavy night. Arrived at eden at just before 1 to catch marcel woods set, which was good, however iv seen him play better. Next up was richard durrand, who blew the roof off, plenty of crakin mixes and bootlegs got the crowd goin. Then julsey did his usual stuff, bangin out quality tunes, including a bootleg of coldplay - viva la vida, a bit commercial but its amazin to see a whole club singin to a tune like that. He also played a tune off the new Cream ibiza CD called chaos theory which i bloody love. then all my mates left just before lashes cames on, i was havin non of that however so found a lil spot and raved with myself and anyother person in my surroundings, Lisa lashes set was one of the best iv ever herd her play, starting with plenty of trancy stuff then goin to the harder sounds, with some sort of prodigy megamix thing which the crowd loved. Also got her and Richard Durand to sign my Goodgreef lanyard..my new claim to fame.ha.

Monday was a crazy day, back from the club and carried on gettin wasted with my mates who i found on the beach outside eden, then some sunbathin was needed. We were gonna go do some watersports but we were all to nakered so we sat off all day lookin 4ward to TIESTO. Same old same old occoured, down the west-end after some food and then on to kanya to get the free bus to privilege! Wanted to get there early as didnt wanna miss any of tiestos 6hr set, ofcourse that was a lie as he only played 5!wn we got to the club the warm up DJ who ever he was was awful, made me wanna go home before tiesto even came on, however we got a good spec on the dancefloor and waited patiently (i went to meganite at privilege 2 years ago and dont remember it bein that big, jesus, makes eden look like a village hall). Ne way wen tiesto came on, the place went mental, this was the first time id ever seen him and he was brilliant, i had heard he was gettin alot of bad press recently but he seemed flawless to me, superb, dropped some massive tunes -some of my faves were, lethal industry, sophie sugar-day seven,Guisseppe ottaviani-something for your mind, ronski speed-all the way,and another off the cream CD called Phoria. He also dropped one that richard durand had played the previous night that for the life of me i cant remember what its called (Armin woyld go on2 play it the next night).
Neway we left with arf hour to go, which io was a bit gutted about, i wudda loved to know what he finished with???anyone???

Tuesday consisted with metin the 2 gals from the first nite, we met to do some watersports, which was a laugh, then went for a few drinks!! We convinced them to come 2 armada that night which i was lookin 4ard to soooooo much as armin is just **** hot!plus we had missed armada the last 2 years 4 various reasons! Evening activities consisted off eatin then west end, wewent to amnesia at bout 1 and marco V was on wen we got there, he played a decent set but i was only there for armin, and my god did he deliver a crakin set. Tunes like Greece 2000 (origional mix),Veracocha- cosmic gate remix, guisseppe ottaviani-something for your mind, Jon Obir- ways and means (pvd mix) and his own mix of DJ shah - who will find me mixed with Peter Martijn Wijnia- not the end. Ended up with little to no voice after that. Marcus shulz was on after that not herd of seen any of him before so was curious, he was quality tho, timmy and tommy- full tiltin the highlight of his set before we got off at half 5. Also like to add that again the ice cannon was not workin to its full potential,, still friggin brilliant tho. then we went off 2 shipwreked which again was awsome, marco loco agen with a crakin set and other sets fom sum bloke from space an anotha dj, unfortunatly my mate passed out as the boat was pullin into the harbour, and unlike most peoples opinions it wasnt from a ket overdose.

Wednesday we spent the night in the west end, didnt go out till about 11 tho as the lack of sleep finally caught up on us both, we ended up gettin hammered in a bar called tropi in the west end that belts out trance after about midnight, met the mad gals from our hotel in there and caused havoc for a while, then we went to hush to boogie the night away. Before we knew it it was after 5 so went bak to our hotel to chill and sleep.

Thurdsay is always the best night of the week in ibiza for me and for the simple reason that its CREAM,,,and with a lineup like adam sheridan,A an B, Ferry and Ted Halliwell who can blame me.
Got there as sheridan was spinnin,,goodgreef resident that he is i am a big fan of him and he was awsome again, Above and beyonds set again was sublime, classics like alone tonight and BBE seven days in one week (altho that might have been ferry) were belted out, and also the played the new Simon Patterson and Sean Tyas - somethings up thune, my current personal favourite. They also finished with oceanlab-Breaking ties, emotional. Ferry corsten was next, everytime i see him he gets better and better, this set was no different, he played the seany t and patterson tune agen, sublime, and also he finished with the origional mix of carte blanche - veracocha - my fave trance tune EVER!!!! Eddie was last one, and all ill say is LEGEND!!the very very best. The only down point to the night was the stupid miserable git controlling the lights or whatever wouldnt let him play one more tune at the end.

Friday was a write off, hangover and skint so jus sat round the pool and hotel till we had to go home,o and sed a goodbye to the good friends we had made this year,!!

I wanted to keep this short but looks like iv failed, ha, ibiza just gets better and better every year and i cant wait to go bak again.

A few last things...
-Our hotel central park was very very basic, no air con and tiny so wont be staying there again.
- the quality of sets this year much surpassed the last 2 years, i cant really pik a stand out night overall, and iv if missed any beltin tunes from any night and some1 wud like to inform me that wud be lush.......

Best Set- Ferry,Armin,Above and Beyond or Tiesto

Best Club- Amnesia (altho privilege is mindblowin)

Best Atmosphere - Tiesto @ Privilege

Best tunes - Andre Visior and Kay Stone-something for your mind(guisseppe ottaviani
remix),Simon Patterson and Sean Tyas- Somethings up. Armins mix of Who will find me.

Best moment - Ferry playin veracocha.

Finaly if anyone was at J.S, tiesto opening and armada can they tell me a song that durand, tiesto and armin played at each, i think its a remix of an old tune but for the life of me cant remember what. much love to anyone with info on that.

from a marketing/sales point of view i'd be interested to know why you chose the central park apartments which (on our site at least) promise to be basic, economic and never mention air conditioning.

eating, to be honest i wasnt arsed about eating, dont go to ibiza for the fine cuisine, the closest place is the best!!!so that does...also about the hotel, my mate booked it(wont b trusting him agen), i didnt av a clu bout it till i got there, now we know its not the best, so wont be goin there agen!!!
also no need to all rush to give me the name of that song anymore,,haha it is Art of trance - madagascar (richard durand mix)
