Just got back on Sunday morning. Will probably do a proper review soon though thought I should do a quick summary in case anyone is interested before they fly out for the last few weeks.

Was meant to go for 5days - ended up staying for 10 which says it all really!

Anyway stayed at Jet apartments in PdB - not the nicest (stayed at Fiesta PdB last year which was much nicer) but for location, vibe and meeting people would def go there every yr unless it was for a Villa

Events of note I went to -

Thurs 13th - Monza @ Priviledge - decent but not busy and had just walked of the plane. Closing must be much better I imagine as has all the ingredients

Fri 14th - Pure Pacha - Quality night and 1st night out with full 20 strong contingent. Unfortunately literally only remember arriving, a few very random incidents (in the full review) and then it being time to go home - for reasons Im sure you can guess

Sun - WLS @ Space - Daytime was fantastic, Groove Armada were fantastic in their 11pm slot, inside terrace was good but was very disapointed with the Discoteca considering the line up. Left me completely uninterested. Still a fantastic night with mates but was slightly underwhelmed

Mon - Didint make it to DC10 for various reasons although other friends there said it was good but not like other times when they have had to have been scraped of the walls its been that crazy

Cocoon @ Amnesia - AMAZING - Richie Hawtin absolutely blew me away. Arrived at 3am and the place was going off. Without a doubt the best single set I have heard in my life. Awesome!!!

Tues - Danny Tenaglia@ Space - Good night but wouldnt make it a priority. Was busy but Danny T wasnt the road block draw I assumed he would be

Weds - Morning - In Bed With Space Closing party - Great fun on the terrace. Some fantasticly cheesy tracks and relatively mainstream electro - perfect for Midday on a very sketchy weds morn.

Eve - La Troya @ Space - AMAZING - Music in the terrace was simply brilliant. Bassy, driving electro and a really cool crowd, though if it was a gay event I really couldnt tell- full of hot chicks!

Thurs -
Cream closing party @ Amnesia - What a load of Rubbish. Dont like cream anyway but went with the crowd on this one. Couldnt get into the main room and the terrace esp after being at La Troya the night before was playing garbage. Never again!

Sat - Matinee - full session - AMAZING - Much better than Space on a Sunday in terms of music, crowd, vibe! Definately a must do! 30mins queue at 9am was well worth it and great way to go out.

So overall would definately recommend La Troya, Matinee, Cocoon and hope WLS is slightly more interesting in the Discoteca and was just a blip.

Defo!

We were at Jet as well!

Which Block were you in? We were in the end one, furthest away from Borra Borra, above the Jet Supermarket.

I was in a new section, those red clay buildings that were to the right of the Bora Bora entrance if you were facing it.

Ah yeah. We had some friends staying there as well. They are lovely!! So much nicer than the normal part of Jet. Though at the same time they were very quiet. Felt like private apartments.

i was at jet on the 15/16 sept weekend also. anyone see all the casualties lying aorund in the safety deposit room underneath the reception on the saturday. wish i had a camera. that was funny! was hoping to join them another day but that was the last we saw of the casualties.

haha yes indeed remember seeing that while walking back from the internet cafe:lol: what was that all about???

god knows, but it was hilarious. it certainly set the tone for our holiday anyway. the sad thing is that i never managed to end up crashed down there myself.
