I Want My MTV Ibiza Line-Up Announced!

MTV are teaming up with one of Ibiza's most iconic clubbing hotspots - Amnesia - for the launch of I Want My MTV Ibiza.

2011 is set to be THE summer to remember as some of the biggest acts on the planet will be hitting Amnesia for a series of gigs, every Friday from 1st July to 2nd September, with the likes of Duran Duran, Mark Ronson & The Business Intl, 2 Many DJ's and Richie Hawtin Presents Plastikman confirmed so far as headliners.

Seven more global superstars are still yet to be announced for the 10-week event, as Amnesia is set to come alive with incredible performances taking place in two rooms.

Ibiza legends Layo and Bushwacka will be hosting MTV & Amnesia present Shake It Ibiza in the main room, with Mart-T and special guests including Marco Carola, Magda, DJ Ralf and many more DJ's to be announced.

Snoop Dogg To Headline I Want My MTV Ibiza

We are proud to announce that hip-hop superstar Snoop Dogg will be headlining the I Want My MTV Ibiza opening party on Friday 1st July at iconic clubbing hotspot, Amnesia.

As well as the Doggfather joining the line-up for his first performance in Ibiza, Primal Scream have also been added to the star-studded roster to perform tracks from their legendary album Screamadelica at the closing party on Friday 2nd September.

 Despite this being the first time the band have performed live in Ibiza, Come Together is probably one of the Islands most played tracks of the last 20 years, a classic in every DJ's record box and enjoyed by thousands in the clubs at sunrise and on the beaches at sunset. Primal Scream presents Screamadelica will be making their Spanish debut this Summer at Benicassim Festival 14th – 17th July.

Swedish singer/songwriter Robyn is also set to take to stage, bringing her international flavour to the party island.

 The likes of Duran Duran, Mark Ronson & The Business Intl and 2 Many DJ's have previously been announced to play I Want My MTV Ibiza, as 2011 is set to be THE summer to remember.

 MTV will be announcing a further three major acts later this month for the 10 week event, as Amnesia is set to come alive with incredible performances taking place in two rooms.
