I WANT MY MTV - Amnesia - complaints/refunds

Hi

We were refused entry to the I want my MTV opening night being told the club was already at capacity. From reading up on this I have found that the event was over sold and the club was filled beyond capacity, with people paying on the door being let in over people who already had tickets.

Can you please tell me who to contact regarding this, as I have tried emailing a few times but have just been ignored.

sorry about the hold up on this, as we had to confirm this with amnesia direct. as far as i am aware our office has already issued a full refund for you today.

i am not sure what was going on at the club that night, i can only apologise. i feel awful you didn't get in. i don't think anyone was expecting quite so many people so early in the summer, least of all amnesia.
