I did 10 sets on chest, 10 mins on bike and 10 mins on rower and feel GREAT!!

I think i'm going to train mornings instead of evenings from now on.

I so wish I could get to the gym in the morning.

I would love to see the look on peoples faces if you just started stretching around the office

P.S. Did you eat breakfast Mambo?

Porridge is great from training on.

I have an apple after which replaces the (simple) sugars depleted during training.

Stretching's best at DC10.

Before they moved me onto another office, I used to go to the gym at lunch time, 30 minutes in the fitness room, a shower and later a salad was great to carry on with the afternoon work :D

I did 10 sets on chest, 9 on the bullets ;)

Feel knackered this morning (but I blame the heat in the night for that)

Half way though a stwawberry and chocolate Smoothie that I just made :D

A quick mirror inspection though leaves me wondering if it wasn't all just a dream

i had to silkies, a glass of innocent raspberry and cranberry, a cup of tea and now for my mid morning fag...

and i feel no different.

No, i didnt eat breakfast

I do prefer to train in the morning, im even more tired of a night and theres more people there too which is a pain.

If you don't do breakfast (which is very bad!) then make sure you eat plenty of complex carbs (brown/long grain rice/boiled new potatoes ideally) with your evening meal the night before.

I engaged in a serious power-walk for approximately 2 blocks from my apartment to the main road this morning. Following a 10 minute taxi-ride break, I did another 2 block power walk from the corner where I got out of the taxi to my office.

Since I got to the office, I've been doing regular finger typing exercises and point & click hand/wrist activity, along with regular jaw exercise using my Lucent 8410D desk phone.

I feel a little tired... perhaps if I'd eaten breakfast I'd feel better?

Particularly in the queue to get in. I believe it gives you a pyschological and physical edge over the other queuing clubbers.
