True. A bunch of rank-outsider amateur no-hopers got thrashed by Ireland. And to think the mighty Dutch cricket XI got beaten by England, how bad is that??

The Queen has just announced that she is to visit Ireland soon, to apoligise for the embarrassing performance.

Still some play by O Brien to hit 88 for 18 balls and then to record the fastest 100 ever in World Cup History.

My Grandfather played Cricket for Ireland so I have a small knowledge of the game, but most people over here have little understanding or interest in the sport.
