I need help with my iPod

I had all my favorite CD's on iTunes and then transfered all my libraries to my iPod. My stupid sister came to visit me, used my computer and intead of updating the program, she simply restore the program. I now have all my libraries on my iPod, but nothing on my computer. Does anyone know how to transfer music from iPod to computer, instead of computer iPod?

in your explorer go to tools, options, view then tick the 'show hidden files option'. plug your ipod in go into it and find your files then transfer to your hard drive....the folders will be weird names like F000 or something like that!
 
Better yet, download a program called Ephpod. It allows you to efficiently transfer files from your iPod to your computer, saving the full names, metadata, etc. If you use the DW's option, you might find that some of the file names are truncated.

Alternatively - Theoretically, your music should still be on your hard drive in whatever folder you have iTunes set to save them in. Use Explorer to find that folder. Then use the 'import folder' option in iTunes to put them back in your library.
