At Amnesia you've got Cream (people like PVD, Tiesto etc play regularly) on Thursdays and Armada (Arman Van Buuren's night) on Tuesdays.
Most of the other trance/hard house nights are @ Eden and Es Paradis in San Antonio. If you check the clubbing calendar on this site you'll see who's there and when.
