I got a promotion! =)

Oooh... basketball analogies. This is a serious problem! ;)

Don't play games with him, and don't let him play them with you. If you don't here from him, call and figure out what's going on. No use wasting time worrying about it when you can go out and get the facts.

it's so dificult to act with sense in this kind of situation. My advice, don't let him treat you bad because you are a nice girl.

mikkak, you are always so sweet :P thank you.

Welp, he called at 10:30AM the next morning will all kinds of apologies lol. He fell asleep. I was mainly bummed because I wanted to see him SOOOOOO bad!

See, this is the difference between men and women, IMO. If I want to see someone bad enough and feel tired, I do one of the following:

A) If I start to feel sleepy, I take a nap but SET MY ALARM within decent time so I can wake for a brief moment to let the man know what I am doing. I mean, this is common courtesy!!!

B) There are moments when you are down for the count, and you know it from the moment you get home. I notify the guy AT THAT MOMENT... give him a sweet goodnight message if he doesn't pick up, or invite him over for some sleepy snuggling if he's in that lazy kinda mood.

C) Lay around and have recovery time, but don't fall asleep... yet make plans with him that evening and be on time.

Men seem to have difficulty with this at times. My opinion is that if I want to see a man bad enough, I MAKE SURE I execute the necessary preparations and it happens!! Usually, if a man just "dozes off" when he suggests plans, that means he isn't that stoked on seeing you. Am I right?? If I am amped on seeing a dude, I usually don't fall asleep... I am too excited. if I do, its because I am wicked tired and I call to let him know out of simple courtesy.

Anyway, the job is STELLAR right now... came up with an amazing speech that my boss was totally WOWED with, presented it today. He is going to be gone for the rest of the week though, so there won't be much more to tell until next week.

Thanks for all the love and support -xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo SARA

Sara - you should know the truth. If a guy is tired, he goes to sleep. No "additional preparations", no extra planning. Sleep.

No matter how far along the relationship is, a guy usually doesn't want to feel as if he's got to report every move (unless you're living together or married). Good man for calling you the next morning ;)

Ah Johnny, thank you for correcting me. That might have sounded dumb.

By no means do I EXPECT a man to "report." That is actually a massive turnoff. He did say that he would call me after he "got home from the poker game," so I thought he should have called or texted to let me know it wasn't going to happen that night.

It was all about me looking forward to seeing him SO much, and when it didn't happen, I got a lil frustrated  Coupled with a few drinks, and well... twas a Pouty PG. (thank GORD I didn't call him hahaha)

And YES massive props to him for calling me and showing love. He brightened my morning, and made up for it later that afternoon. We have seen each other every day since. :P :D
