that you can have a heavy night and 5-htp sorts you out completely the next day....ive bought a bottle of em when should i take em

it doesnt make the issue tottaly go away, but it helps speed up the recovery by supply your body with the precursors it need. you have to still take time to recouperate, sleep, eat well etc.
 
it is a chemical that occurs naturally in the body, that is a direct precursor to seretonin, the hormone that xtc imitates and deletes massivley. serotonin, is known as the happy hormone cos it is the one that is released to give you pleasure or feel good about yourself.

so after a night out on the beans, the level of seretonin is really low, and the comedown feeling is due to that. the body has to replace it by making more from the stuff that you have eaten. in the process, one of the things it makes is 5-htp, so if you take 5 htp you cut out a few steps, so recover faster.

Help Me Please

Cant seem to find it on that site, i typed thp in and i had all toothpaste etc. looked under nighttime products and cant find it either, what shoud i type in?
 
i was lookin for that stuff in town 2day but cudnt find it, wot about vitamin c capsules, or magnesium + vitamin c .... are they supposed 2 help with the comedown 2... if u cant b arsed 2 eat fruit that is... i know a gud glass off ice cold orange juice duz the trick 2 ..mmmmm :P
 
Magnesium should be taken before u go out as it is a muscle relaxent and helps combat the chin going west as the face goes east problem that often occurs in clubs?? 5htp is about £16 in holland and barrett. Also berrocca works a treat to replace all those lost minerals. ( copyright. Barbie 2004 )
