I dunno where to stay? Monterrey apts. any good?

HIYA 8)

me and my mate going to san antonio bay on ~20th aug~.

I want to go to an apartments thats got young people/groups in there but not a massive 18-30's sh*t3hole. So a nice balance if possible ;)

Ive narrowed my search to Monterrey, Encanto or Rosamar apartments.

The rosamar a bit expensive for us at this time of year, it worked out at 500ish for a week, but monterrey can be had for 400 for week.

Which would you goto? Its got to have a bit of livelyness to it, but not too overboard as im a 25yr old git now ;) .

Stayed at the Xaloc last June, which was great, but I wanna go somewhere different .. and its got to be the Bay really, as I cant be done with all the drunk pie-heads around me 24/7 lol been there done that when i was 19 :D

Anymore suggestions? or if you can pick one out of 3 I said above and give a reason for why you think its the best choice.

I'm not familiar with those 3 places (we've usually stayed in Talamanca or Playa d'en Bossa), but if they're 3-star places or better than they should be fine.

You'll only spend time in the hotel during sleep and recovery periods anyway! Most important is to be located somewhere convenient to the things you want to do (bars, clubs, beaches)
 
not bothered about the walk to san antonio town, as I stayed at the Xaloc last year and walked it fine. (Xaloc is in san an bay too!) How far is hte monterrey from the main san antonio bay bar strip though??

Also gives me a chance to pick up sum droogz off the lucky luckys if need be.

Altho this year Im gonna only go to 2 superclubs, as I kained it too hard last yr and came back a zombie.

Gonna west-end it mostly this year!! hehe :D

Anyone know if monterrey has groups of young peeps as dont wanna got to a place that is 90percent families and couples.
