Thats how i was last year, i couldnt get anyone anything in the end. People this year will also have to make do with something small too. This year my moneys being spend on Joey and my little brother.
Havent even started to think of Christmas yet....it's only November
Looking forward to lots of mates coming back from uni etc. though, although the money situation is'nt going to be too good
Already got my presents this year already from my mum...needed some stuff I couldnt afford, so not going to be much of a surprise on xmas day

I think im going to have to start my xmas shopping this weekend

My best thing is putting the decos up and pretending the big shiny tinsel is a feather boa.
i get so excited about what i have got people i nearly burst on xmas eve cos im no good at secrets and just wanna spill what ive brought of give ridiculosly obvious hints.
At the age of 18 i expect my little brother will still be eating the xmas tree chocs and distributing the wrappers around my bedroom.

@ silly poo! most my family are pretty well off so i know i'll be getting presents i can't match and telling them not to buy expensive stuff doesn't work cos they take no notice! not just worrying about presents but just the general expense of festivities too. mambs, that's what i'm thinkin too priority will be given to lil bro's and the kids in the family, after all it's supposed to be all about them at christmas isn't it!

I remember one xmas i asked my nan (god rest her soul) what she would like, and she said to me "oh, I've already got everything I want, get me something I can use, get me some polish and dusters"

Certainly is about the kids, I love seeing my lil cousins faces when they get their pressies. awww
