Barclays have just offered me £1500 as I was claiming back my charges!

It will be in my bank in 2 weeks, I go Ibiza in 9 weeks!

Some spends and new clothes there and without having to whore myself at work doing over time!

How long ago were the charges relating to? I was charged LOADS a couple of years ago for going over my overdraft... wonder if I could claim it back?
 
I claimed mine back from the shABBEY National too well worth doing! it's a long and drawn out process but definitely better in your pocket than there's!
 
Last week the TSB were the first bank that was successful in court with someone trying to claim charges back.

good thing is that even if you take them to court its only an online form you have to fill out, you donat actually have to go and stand in court
