How to find apartment with pool accommodation

Hello. We've been coming to Ibiza for several years with our kids. We've always stayed in a hotel in Central Santa Eulària but feel we've outgrown it.

I have an idea of the sort of thing we want but no idea how to go about finding it. We want a 2 bed (4 people) villa/apartment with a pool but don't need anything else hotels usually offer. In my head this would be in a kind of private complex, possibly in Siesta or towards És Canar.

If I try to search for villas I can only find luxury villas or much larger capacity villas.

I want to book very far in advance for next year, but no idea how to find these kind of places.

Anyone know agents who deal with these or ways to find private owners renting?

The Roca Lisa complex have lots of “small” 4to 6 private house with a small swimming pool ,the area you are looking for it seem , then , the area around cala vedella also have lots of small private house !
