Iv'e alway had run ins with these pathetic types. Alot of them buy books using proven techniques on how to seemingly remain all powerfull and authoritve whilst undermining their staff. 
If you have a quick read of one you will soon begin to consciously recognise the similarity in traits. They love riding the wave of playing to the law to feck people up and only jump onto the moral high ground when the situation suits them.
They cant think for themselves.
Its like they are almost moulded to keep the REAL people down.
